高溫熱風循環隧道滅菌烘箱設備簡介 Equipment introduction

本機適用對西林瓶、輸液瓶及各類玻璃瓶對干燥滅菌，采用網帶傳送，網帶變速可調，分別經過預熱、高溫、冷卻段，使瓶子得到烘干，滅菌和冷卻。本機采用不銹鋼加熱管加熱。熱風循環滅菌，熱效率高、溫度由溫控儀自動控制顯示并記錄，冷卻區配有百級垂直層流潔凈裝置，符合GMP要求。

This machine is suitable for drying and sterilizing Xy lin bottles, infusion bottles and all kinds of glass bottles, using mesh belt transmission, the mesh belt variable speed  can  be  adjusted,  respectively  through  preheating,  high  temperature, cooling  sections,  so that the  bottles  can  be  dried,  sterilized  and  cooled.  The machine is heated by stainless steel heating pipe . Hot air circulation sterilization, high  thermal  ef Tcie n cy,  temperature  is  automatically  controlled  by  the temperature controller display and record, the cooling area is equipped with 100 vertical laminar ?ow cleaning device, in line with G MP requirements .
