立式超聲波洗瓶機設備簡介 Equipment introduction

本機適用于制藥、保健品廠管制或模制抗生素瓶的清洗，也可用于針劑安瓿或口服液瓶的清洗。本機為立式結構，采用機械手夾瓶和噴管作往復跟蹤的方式，利用超聲波清洗和水氣交替清洗的原理，對容器進行清洗。破瓶率低，通用性廣，運轉平穩，水氣管路不交叉污染，符合GMP要求。

This machine is suitable for pharmaceutical, health products factory control or mold antibiotic bottle cleaning, can also be used for injection ampoule or oral liquid bottle cleaning. The machine is a vertical structure, using the robot arm to clamp the

bottle  and  nozzle  for  reciprocating  tracking,  ultrasonic  cleaning  and  alternating  water  and  gas  cleaning,  to  clean  the container. Low broken bottle rate, wide versatility, smooth operation, no cross contamination of water and gas pipeline, meets GMP requirements .
